II Complaints Procedure
The organizer, SheMoves, z. s., strives to provide high-quality events and positive experiences for all participants. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our events, registration process, or related services, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter efficiently.
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to:
shemoves.cz@gmail.com
Please include the following information in your complaint:

Your full name

Event name and date
-
Order or registration number
-
Description of the complaint
-
Any relevant supporting documents or photos
The organizer will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 business days and will aim to resolve the complaint within 30 days from the date of submission.
III Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event that a dispute between a participant (consumer) and the organizer cannot be resolved directly, the participant has the right to seek an out-of-court settlement through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The competent ADR authority in the Czech Republic is:

Consumers who register for events online may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This platform may be used for resolving disputes arising from online registrations.
IV Final Provisions
Submitting a complaint does not affect the participant’s right to pursue their claims through the competent courts.
The organizer undertakes to handle complaints fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable Czech and European consumer protection laws.
