II Event Information
Event name: Mother’s Day Community Race 2026
Date: Sunday, 10 May 2026
Start time: 10:00
Location: Stromovka Park, Prague
Start and finish area: in front of Výstaviště Průmyslový palác
Distance: 4 km
Surface: paved park paths
Time limit: 45 minutes
The route is one loop through Stromovka Park. The entrance to the park and the final stretch back to the finish share the same path for approximately the last 200 metres. Volunteers will be present along the route to guide and cheer participants.
III Participation
The race is open to women only.
Participants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event.
Participants aged 15–17 may only take part with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting the registration form, each participant confirms that she is physically fit, in good health, and able to complete the event safely.
IV Registration
Registration is available exclusively through the online registration form.
Registration closes on 10 May 2026 or earlier if the participant limit is reached.
The maximum event capacity is 200 participants. Once capacity is reached, registration will close automatically.
V Entry Fee
The entry fee is determined according to the order of paid registrations:

Participants 1–100: 499 CZK

Participants 101–200: 599 CZK
The entry fee covers the organization of the race and the participant package described below. Proceeds from registrations are used to cover the costs of organizing the event.
VI Payment Terms
After completing the online registration form, participants will receive payment instructions by email.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment details. If payment is not received within this period, the registration may be cancelled and the spot may be offered to another participant.
A registration is considered valid only after payment has been received by the organizer.
VII Race Pack
Each registered participant will receive:

VIII Race Pack Pickup
Race packs may be collected at one of the following times:
-
Saturday, 9 May 2026, 9:00–12:00
MotherGood Studio
Sudoměřská 1243/25, Praha 3 – Vinohrady

Sunday, 10 May 2026, 9:00–9:50
Výstaviště, in front of Průmyslový palác
Participants are responsible for collecting their race pack during one of the designated pickup times.
IX Timing and Results
The race is primarily a community event and official chip timing will not be provided.
The brutto time of the race will be measured manually for the purpose of determining the 3 fastest women in the open category.
X Conduct During the Race
Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer, volunteers, and event staff at all times.
Any participant behaving in an unsafe, unsporting, or inappropriate manner may be excluded from the event without refund.
Participants must complete the full course within the stated time limit of 45 minutes.
XI Health and Safety
Participation is at each participant’s own responsibility.
By registering, each participant confirms that:

she participates voluntarily

she understands the physical nature of the event

she is medically fit to take part

she will respect the instructions of the organizer and volunteers
The organizer recommends that participants consider their current health condition and fitness level before taking part.
The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants are responsible for their own conduct, health condition, and personal items throughout the event.
XII Refunds, Transfers, and Changes
The entry fee is non-refundable.
A change of participant name on a purchased registration is permitted no later than 3 days before the race, meaning by 7 May 2026.
A registration may be transferred to a future event only if the organizer cancels the event.
XIII Event Changes and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, route, venue details, or other organizational aspects if necessary.
The organizer also reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, postpone, or modify the event in the case of extreme weather, force majeure, safety concerns, official restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the organizer cancels the event, participants will be informed of the next steps, including whether their registration may be transferred to a future event.
XIV Photography and Privacy
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes related to SheMoves, z. s. and the Mother’s Day Community Race.
By participating in the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs or video materials.
Information about the processing of personal data is available in the organizer’s Privacy Policy.
XV Interpretation of the Rules
Any matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions, and any questions regarding their interpretation, shall be decided by the organizer, SheMoves, z. s.
This does not affect the participant’s rights under applicable mandatory law.
XVI Final Provisions
By submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that she has read and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions become effective on the date of publication by the organizer.
